Purpose of the site

BedahBroker publishes editorial reviews and comparisons of trading platforms, together with news and educational material. It is an information service. It is not a broker, not an introducing agent in any regulated sense, and not an adviser. We do not accept deposits, hold client funds, or execute trades.

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a personal recommendation. See the Disclaimer for the full statement. You are responsible for verifying anything material to your decision against the operator's own terms, and for confirming that a product is lawful for you where you live.

Permitted use

• You may read, quote and link to this site, including quoting our figures where you cite the page you took them from.
• You may not republish substantial portions of our content as your own.
• You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other readers.
• You may not present our scores or ratings as endorsements of a platform, or use them in marketing material without written permission.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to record figures accurately from primary sources and to date every verification. We do not warrant that the site is complete, current or error-free. Operators change their terms without notice, and a verified figure can become stale the day after it was checked.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site — including trading losses, losses caused by a third-party platform, and losses arising from information that was accurate when verified and has since changed. Intellectual property

Editorial content, scores, methodology and design on this site belong to BedahBroker. Operator names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the platform under review.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page records the last substantive revision, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
